Sidebar and Navigation

Finding your way around

Five groups, ordered the way a day runs

The sidebar is grouped by what you are doing rather than by feature area: start with the agent, track your time, read the numbers, manage the work, administer the workspace. Items you cannot access are hidden, so what you see depends on your role and plan.

Home holds the AI agent
Track holds the surfaces you use while working
Insights holds reports, dashboards, and profitability

Your teams are listed below the groups.

You only see what you can open

Items are gated by role and plan. A member without admin rights will not see workspace Timesheets or Members, and features that are not part of your plan do not appear at all. An empty group is hidden rather than shown greyed out.

Customize the sidebar

1

Open the workspace menu

Click your workspace name at the top of the sidebar, then choose Customize sidebar.

2

Reorder within a group

Drag items into the order you want. Ordering is per group — items do not move between groups.

3

Hide what you do not use

Uncheck an item to remove it from the sidebar. Unchecking never removes access: the page still exists and its URL still works.

Your layout is saved to your account per workspace, so it follows you between the web app and the desktop app, and each workspace you belong to can be arranged differently.

Shortcuts worth knowing

  • Cmd+J (Ctrl+J on Windows) opens a new chat with the agent from anywhere.
  • Collapsing the sidebar switches items to icons only. Group labels are hidden visually but stay available to screen readers, and your order is preserved.
  • Reports appear as their own rail in the sidebar, so you can open a finished run without navigating to the Reports page first.
