Teams Billing Settings

Rize lets you choose between using a Team Member Hourly Rate or a Client Hourly Rate to to give you flexibility on how you bill and invoice the work your team completes.

If you choose Team Member Hourly Rate, the work done by each team member will use the individual hourly rate you’ve set for them. If you choose Client Hourly Rate, the work done by all team members will use the rate you’ve set for the Client.

Changing Team Billing Strategy

You can change select your Team Billing Strategy from Teams > [Team Name] > Settings > Billing Rate Strategy.

Setting Team Member Hourly Rate

You can set a Team Member's hourly rate in Teams > [Team Name] > Settings > Team Members.

Setting Team Client Hourly Rate

You can set a Team Client's hourly rate using the “New Client” or “Edit Client” modals from Teams > [Team Name] > Clients.
